Your loan date will be specified in your contract and can be as early as 7 days after drawdown.

At Accessifi, we offer a friendly and sympathetic service if you have a change in your circumstances.

There is 14 day cooling off period in accordance with EU law. Goods being returned must be returned as new.

You may withdraw from the Agreement within fourteen (14) days of the Agreement Date.

To withdraw you should contact us before the end of that fourteen (14) day period indicating your desire to withdraw.

 

There will be a administration fee of €75 for all withdrawal applications.

If you exercise the right to Withdraw you must, within thirty (30) days of notifying us, repay any money we paid to the Retailer, plus interest (if applicable) for each payment period from the date of such payment to the Retailer until the date of repayment.

If you do not exercise the right to Withdraw you will continue to have the right to repay the Facility early as outlined in clause 11 (Right to repay the Facility early).

You can repay early if you wish to and you may be entitled to a rebate. If you would like to repay your loan early, please contact us on support@accessifi.ie

Accessifi consider all applications and try to help people in different situations who can show that they are in the position to be able to meet repayments.

If you wish to pay a lump sum off your balance you can do this by contacting support@accessifi.ie.

If you decide to go ahead with a partial settlement your monthly/weekly repayments remain the same but the duration of your loan will be reduced.
